Who we are
Maydus Industrial Solutions is a design-build contractor working across controlled environments, industrial and manufacturing facilities, commercial and institutional interiors, and residential construction. Maydus Investments LLC is the legal entity behind the brand.
Cleanroom work sets our standard. A controlled environment does not tolerate improvised sequencing, unowned scope, or dust that goes where it should not. That level of planning is the baseline we apply to every project we take, whether it is a production area, an occupied office floor, or a family's kitchen.
We combine trades, low-voltage technology, and project management under one roof, so clients get a single point of accountability from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.
Commercial and industrial clients get build-outs, facility services, and infrastructure scheduled around operations that cannot stop. Residential clients get remodeling, repairs, and smart-home work handled with care for the house they live in.
We keep planning and construction under one accountable team, so the gap between design intent and installed work is our problem to close — not something the client discovers at turnover.
